Health & treatment records: basal body temperature, menstrual cycles, medications, visit schedules, treatment stages (stored with end-to-end encryption — our servers cannot read this data)
Receipt images (optional, for medical expense deduction): photos of receipts you choose to save. Images are encrypted on your device before being uploaded to cloud storage, and our servers cannot read them. Text is extracted from these images entirely on your device (on-device OCR); the images and the extracted text are never sent to any external text-recognition service.
Partner sharing data: partnership settings and reactions
Advertising ID: for ad delivery via Google AdMob (free plan only)
Device information: OS version, device model (for troubleshooting)
Health data such as basal body temperature, medications, visit schedules, treatment stages, and receipt images are stored with end-to-end (E2E) encryption. Encryption keys are stored only on the user's device. Our servers cannot read the encrypted data.
4. AI Features and Third-Party Processing
When you actively use AI features (AI chat, monthly summary, question list, lab-value explanations), the record data needed for that request is decrypted on your device and transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS) to our server, which forwards it to Google's Gemini API for processing.
This data is used only to generate your requested response. Our server does not store the transmitted content in readable form.
Google processes this data in accordance with Google's API terms. We do not use this data for advertising.
If you do not use AI features, your health records are never transmitted in decrypted form.

We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to any other third parties.
6. Data Retention
Account data and encrypted health records are retained for as long as the user maintains their account.
After an account deletion request, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Advertising ID information is processed locally on the device and is not stored on our servers.
7. How to Delete Your Data
Users can delete their data through the following methods.
In the App: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will delete all your data.
By email: Send a request to the contact below. After identity verification, all data will be deleted within 30 days.
Deleted data includes account information, encrypted health records, and partner sharing settings. Deletion is irreversible.
8. Security
We employ end-to-end encryption, HTTPS communication, and access controls to protect user information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be communicated through this page and within the App.
